What we store and why
We store your email, language, optional skill, pack or guide request, campaign source and marketing choice. We use them to provide guide access and handle your request. Your email remains unverified until a future confirmation; there is no automatic marketing subscription.
Your request and marketing
Submitting the form asks NQ to handle your request. Only ticking the optional box records your wish to receive training tips, NQ news and offers. It is not required to download the guide. Withdraw consent at hi@nqtraining.app or, once email campaigns are enabled, through the unsubscribe link in each message.
Retention
Requests are retained for up to twelve months after the latest activity unless you ask for earlier deletion. Download links expire after 24 hours. Abuse prevention counters expire after ten minutes. Any future purchase will have its own retention information.
Providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the website and database. The lead database has European Union jurisdiction. Cloudflare may process some service data internationally under its data processing agreement and the safeguards described there. We do not sell your data. This form does not collect payment details.
Your rights
Ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, or withdraw consent, at hi@nqtraining.app. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects from this request.
